WEDDING LIST SERVICE / Administering the list
Every Friday we will email
or send out details of all the presents bought that week, by whom
and the message accompanying the gift. This means that you know
exactly how your list is going, allowing you to get on with thank
you letters if you wish.
After you return from honeymoon, or earlier if you prefer, we
go through your list together. At this stage, you may wish to reallocate
some monies within your list to complete sets. Please note that
we do not make cash refunds to you against money we have received
from your guests.
Also you may wish to buy certain items yourselves with wedding
present money you have been given. Payment for such items must
be made to Onslow & Ridley at the time you place your order.
Once you have agreed your list, we then place orders for your
presents with our suppliers. If, however, any item on your list
is discontinued, Onslow & Ridley will inform you immediately
and you can choose another in its place.
Onslow & Ridley regrets that it is not possible to exchange
items once agreement has been given to buy your presents and purchase
orders have been placed with our suppliers.
We should point out that, due to the way independent wedding list
services operate, i.e. buying presents to order for specific brides,
we cannot supply presents before the wedding for a show of presents.
